Well, David, first I want to say thank you. For all the recipes and information throughout the year.
I think my favorite beer this year is Guinness, and next is Pomona.
The beer of the future, in the winter a dark ale and in the summer IPA with low IBU.
Wishes for Greanfather: software for the conical fermenter, only better and more logical.

If Grainfather could make an upgrade for old but simply lovely S40 it would be much appreciated. I am talking about a transparent circulation pipe, false bottom to catch hops and glass lid with a hole for sparge arm :) thank you!

Speaking of products, since you have a relationship with Kegland, tell them to develop an Oxebar keg that fits 2 kegs side by side inside a typical 3 or 4 cubic ft mini fridge (when shelves and crisper are removed). Something like an 18 liter box, 45 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm. Something that could fit onto a full sized refrigerator shelf or side by side in a mini-fridge. The 8L oxebar is too tall, the 4L oxebar is too small.
