My older brother used to actually sit in his room with a bunch of different colored candles and just dripped it on his hand, using all the different colors. It would come out so awesome. Because of the way the drips looked when it was dried and taken off. All the colors. It was SO cool.

Try dipping your hand in ice water after every single one. It helps keep a consistent shape and it also helps the removal process keep the shape of the hand together without it falling apart.

Dude I did this as a kid, I waited much longer between each layer, it looked like you hardly let it dry I mean you didn't take your hand away from the camera so it definitely didn't dry enough between each layer. I basically made a hulk hand out of wax. Must've been like 2003. Do it again and I promise you after the first 5 layers it doesn't hurt anymore you just feel the warmth of the hot wax
