Not sure I've seen lavender tinted smoke from a chemical fire before. What on earth is burning?

I saw this fire on the Louisiana DOT Calcasieu River Bridge Web Cam at @ to 12 oclock last night before the Hurricane even got to Lake Charles. It actually looked like an Electrical Fire to me on camera. It was windy enough at that time on the cam that I couldn't tell exactly what was burning but you could see it for sure. The lights appeared to be blinking on and off around the area and I thought maybe the automatic breakers in the electrical system were resetting and then tripping again and again. Who knows? I thought automatic reset on breakers only happened once or twice before they went down permanently until the trouble was searched for and located though.
