won't argue with your list, but I am struck by how closely "bribing government officials" is to "paying tax." As the west decays into ever-expanding taxation schemes, I wonder if the direct payment to the local govt offical for a govt service isn't more expedient and efficient than sending such payments to, say, Washington, DC and hoping that some value is received in return.
