I cooked this soup on sunday and it was SO GOOD! It was so simple and absolutely delicious! I cooked my noodles on the side, bc I knew I would eat the rest tonight after work and it was the right choice! Next time I'll do it again like that and pop the chicken in the oven, such a amazing technique Laura <3

I'm happy to try the roast chicken - I usually buy a roast chicken to "save time" but you're right...its nice to have a low and slow time in the kitchen. I usually make tiny matzoh balls instead of noodles because I like the firmer texture. This will be fab, and I can't wait to try it!
