John Rylands Library: Hiding in Plain Sight

We were fortunate enough to be granted permission to film in the John Rylands Library on Deansgate in Manchester. I huge thanks to the staff that made this possible.

This is a classic example of people who live in a city and don’t know half of what it has to offer. Manchester has many great buildings and attractions if you know where to look.

The man in the video Ian Massey was my dad he sadly passed last year. He never told us he did this video and we have recently found it after his passing its something we can show his grandchildren as they grow. Miss you dad love you xx

to think that for all that time local folk have come into rylands on a daily basis and kept it in its beautiful condition, im unsure if they are in the facilities team but if so mr massey and his crew deserve warm recognition for such a great job
