I actually would have loved to buy some, you could use those as dumbbells and they are easy to transport since you can just refill them. Actually since 1 Liter = 1 kilogram, you could easily determine the exact weight of that dumbbell. + since it's in a bottle its softer, so it wouldn't create any dents when accidentally dropping them, they are more comfortable to hold between your legs if you are doing weighted dips aaand you can drink from them after the workout.
