Cleaning your NEO Flex ensures you can get the best out of all your coffees!

Start by emptying, rinsing, and disassembling your portafilter and wiping out any remaining moisture and coffee residue before reassembling
Wipe down your press stand, making sure to clean up any stray drips of espresso.
Next, remove your plunger using the dosing cup, wiping off any remaining moisture and coffee residue.
Finally, wipe the brew chamber and dispersion clean before re assembling the Flex for your next brew session!

These simple cleaning steps will prevent coffee oils from building up in your brew chamber and imparting stale flavours to your espresso.

Keeping your equipment at tip toe condition is very important. Say, you play pc games. You are supposed to at least wipe your keyboard and mouse after usage. Its kinda gross to think these stuff being used hundreds if not, thousands of times without being ever cleaned even once.
