This case should be referred to constitutional bench of sc because in criminal case except some special laws, it is the burden on the prosecution to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt but in this case the accuse person is acquitted but treated him as convicted person.

Sir, please give reasoning of Court with Judgement. Like in this case i did not get what was the reason court give for, he is not eligible candidate for requirement under benefits of doubt.
