1 - Script who you want to be and what you desire. Get crystal clear.
2 - Be honest about who you are today (your current self concept). Identify the gap between where you are today and where you want to be.
3 - Remove the blocks and limiting beliefs.
4 - Tell a friend about your new story as though it’s already happened. You can pretend that you are having the conversation, but make it feel real.
5 - Script your new story.

Rules:
Use pen and paper, if you can.
Specify what you want. Life is a movie, so choose your character, and write your script.
The best time is before bed or first thing in the morning. Do it every day.
It should be in the past tense. You can write about any time in the future, as long as it’s past tense.
You can use first or third person. If you use third, use your name often.
The golden rule is to set it in time and space. Be specific when you achieve your desires by.
Areas to script: love, impact on the world, career….
Always remember: 5 years ago you dreamed of being where you are now.

This really works. I scripted the great job I have now. I didn't know what it was called, but I listed out 8-9 things that I desired and I got 6-7 of them, plus more that I didn't realize I wanted.
