My God. Take a flat map using a flashlight as the sun, and make it go down/get dark... How does it "go down" where does it go so I can't see it but someone 5 hours away sees it? People will literally believe anything because they don't know how to think anymore...

Like most people I always thought flat earth was just a joke but I’ve looked into it and there are people who genuinely seem to believe it.

It seems it’s mainly a religious thing, but there’s also some people who are just confused due to a lack of basic science education

The simple fact is, no flat earther has ever produced a flat earth model which complies with basic observations. They have to be very vague, even though many base their claims on the Gleason map, they will deny it as soon as it shows an FE claim is wrong.

24 years I did my homework on the Earth being round. Now that technology is becoming fiber it has slowed down my education a little bit, but from 1998 and on I’ve done numerous microwave hops, you always have to compensate for the curvature of the Earth or eventually your microwave would be pointed up from the ground.
Flat earth theory is relatively new to me, but I can’t see anybody saying that the sun is moving away from us and that’s why the light dissipates into blackness yet the moon, which is farther away from the sun from where we are is as bright as could be. Even with binoculars or telescope you can see shadows on it so it’s not lit on its own. It’s not a hologram, you can see this

My mom is a conspiracy theorist, probably a closet flat earther. I was a conspiracy theorist for a long time because she taught me. I've thankfully recovered from it.

I want to send this to my flat earth friend, but i don't want to be a *quote unquote* bad friend cause i never support him

I even told him IF gravity actually came from the North pole, and that's why compasses always point north. Then i asked him, and then why aren't trees pointing in that same direction ?

1) I got cursed out
2) my intelligence was questioned 3) and was called a bad friend

In reality very few people actualy belive that the earth is flat .But millions say that to wind up the people that belive that it's not and they are so stupid it works every time .I belive the tearm ''trolling ''is what young people call it .
