there is a mistake in the video. it should be (-343)^(1/3) not (-343)^(-1/3)
a negative exponent would put the cubed root of 343 in the denominator of a fraction.

The answer 7. You are basically looking for a number where you mulitply by 3 times equal to 343... The answer is 7.. 7.7= 49, then 49.7=343... He went on and on for no real reason. The answer is basically 7.

@iWriteUinMyDeathNote Well, there is a lot of stuff in math that you dont HAVE to do. But as long as you understand what is going on, you can skip, writing out -1. Just make sure you still get the same answer ;)
