Your videos are great!
The only issue I have with what you've done in this video is that you've dimensioned the angle and height of the polylines you've drawn instead of the roof or parapet. This means your dims will not change even if you change the model, which defeats the purpose of associative dimensions. Other than that, your content is typically top shelf and you do an excellent job of simplifying the complexities of the software.

i always find no matter how much care i take when clicking my dimensions I still get odd numbers, any reason this may be happening?
