Well guys don't be dumb, he didn't even get banned but wait yes he is right if you get banned you can use vpn and play with alt acc but he said If you get banned use vpn and play with the same account and he joined with another acc he is lying, And vpn just changes ur IP
and admins can catch you and ban you forever permanent ban, i advice you guys to not do that but who wants to do it np ur choice

(i did not discover this solution by myself i read it online and it worked for me!)

I found a different solution that is only about 1 minute

1.get banned
2.turn off your router/modem for 25 seconds (MUST be 25 seconds)
3.open your router/modem
4.change your name in samp
5.log into the server you got banned from

This works every time and its much quicker than downloading...

Connection to the server failed. Check network connection and make sure that address and port number of destination server are correct.
