Best ev currently on taking orders, im a visionary person, if i were porsche chief engineers i would go for lighter drive units with 45 kg weight savings in rear e axle and 30 kg for front e axle, then i go for higher torque per bhp density in e axles, with another 80 kg weight reduction from overall chassis design, then i would go for CATL semi solid automotive version of condensed battery tech which will be available this summer with 450wh/kg in cell energy density with higher efficiensy thermal management i go for atleast 400 wh/kg in pack level energy density which at the end will lead to 105 kwh battery pack with net weight of 262 kg instead of 620 kg of current upcoming model year, over all my vision perfect taycan will be 513 kg or 1128 lbs lighter with din weight of 1782 kg or 3921 lbs for turbo s model with much higher range and performace for this amazing ev, if only i could influence porsche amazing engineers
