Hi po. Ask ko lang bakit walang lumalabas sa ilalim na “Prepared Collection List” after ko mag cancel ng CCL? Mag delete po ako ng retired employee. Hindi ko po ma update before kami magbayad for the month of March 2023. Thank you

hello ask lang po. May terminated employee po kami since 2020. pero today 2024 ko lang naupdate. And pinalitan ko na ng nakalagay.


Seperation date is 02/2020 and naedit ko na po ng may new employee na dated 02/2020 din.

pero pandemic po yun. pwede ko po ba ilagay na no earnings? and ask ko dn po pag nagcclick ako ng unpaid PRN si terminated employee parin po ang lumalabas. paano po kaya lalabas si new employee pra mapalitan ng no earnings buong pandemic ty
