So... is The Paradigm Skin NOT Returning Or...?

Today, I wanted to discuss about The Paradigm skin, and the fact that she has not returned to the shop after shortly being removed out of the Item Shop for one hour. I talk about the concerns from the community, clamoring that they did not get a chance to get the skin, and that it's unfair that if they don't bring her back again, that it's ludicrous to do so, because there is an exclusive version of the skin in the works, so bringing the skin back now and again is not a big deal. What do you think?

I don't mind a skin being exclusive and missing out.
I DO mind though when some lucky people get it, can keep it, even get a refund for whatever reason and i then can't get it.

Thats just not fair. Either everyone should be able to get it, or it should get revoked. Only fair thing to do.

I assume her “OG” style it’ll be something similar to the Scientist, black colored armor or something related to the new version

I hope they'll give people another chance to get her, It's really stupid how they took her out of shop and say that she's getting an OG style, at that point, I'd just keep her in the shop (made more sales than that cybertruck ever did)
There's really no reason for her not to come back anyway, they're fine with letting the people who got her 2 days ago, why not let everyone else have a chance to get her?
I know a lot of people who couldn't get her in time because they weren't awake or they just didn't have the vbucks to
Hopefully she'll become a regular shop skin when she gets her OG style
The most realistic answer is that they'll just handle her like how they did with Reflex

It makes the most sense it my head that it’s some sort of legal liability since they used a “limited time” tactic to entice purchases back then and then stated it wouldn’t return. Since it did, they have to make sure it’s known that it was an accident and they refunded everyone because maybe they’re okay as long as they aren’t making new money off of it. Just my thoughts.

I hope its a skull trooper and ghoul trooper situation, OGs can keep their edit style but the skin will actively come to the shop every once and a while.

they might as well put her in the shop for free because they refunded the vbucks to the people who bought it in that hour. i still dont understand why they gave the vbucks back because you got what you payed for. they should have put a bit more time into planning this "accidental" re-release of this skin.

So if I’ve gathered enough information on this situation; The Paradigm is a 0 VBucks skin and should just be given away in the Item Shop?

The skin is exclusive to the certain season. That was a lie.
We’re removing the skin from everyone’s lockers. That was also a lie.

Just cut the extra out of this. Either sell the skin again or give it away for free because people in different countries had far less chance of getting this skin.
People with less than 1, 200 VBucks on their account couldn’t get an essentially free skin.

If she does come back it'll most likely be part of challenges for free since they can't sell her since if they do they'll be liable for a lawsuit for false advertising personally I think she should come back for the chapter 2 season og map as part of the challenges for that season

The reason she more likely won't return is because of it beaing labeled as a limited time skin although that's ruined the question is that technically false advertising if they start dropping her.

if they're not gonna take the skin out of the players' lockers, then she's not exclusive and should be brought back in the future. otherwise take it out of the non-OG players' lockers and make her exclusive again.

One of the reasons I heard for the V-buck return and could explain why it wouldn't come back is for legal reasons because it was exclusive. They can say they didn't make money from it so they didn't purposely break their promise for a quick sucks for the people that missed out but the alternative was no one who bought it this week would have it, this is just one of those times for being in the right place at the right time🤷‍♂

Based of Shinas tweet it’s looking to go into a reflex situation Fortnite gave us vbucks back so they couldn’t profit from the limited time skin purchase that wasn’t supposed to return but who knows I do hope she does

I’d like to think this was actually intentional by epic but they are playing it off like it’s a accident, they “accidentally” release her so people can buy her, pull her off after a hour, claim it’s a “mistake” then say they are making a og style for owners who originally bought her so they can keep the exclusivity for the og owners but allow us to buy her if she does return so it could remove the “exclusivity” mark on paradigm

The thing that’s not fair is people got a “free skin” because of they bought it, they still got vbucks back so it was a free skin. Kinda mad about that because I could’ve bought it and then got my vbucks back. Like what??

I think Fortnite might stick to their guns about this one for the simple fact that she was genuinely a limited time skin prior to the slip up. the ppl that got the skin myself included just got lucky, the ppl that owned her already are getting incentivized with a exclusive style, but the reality is the skin showing up again wasn’t suppose to happen due to the event sadly.
