'Morero can't hire foreigners and leave SA citizens'

Soweto residents are marching to Joburg Mayor Dada Morero's office to hand over their CVs. They say Morero's proposal to employ foreigners as traffic officers shows that there are job openings at JMPD. Morero has since apologised for the proposal. Nqobile Madlala speaks to a resident who says they are against Morero's proposal to hire foreigners while South Africans are unemployed.
