The thing is just keeping the esophagus open the problem is the human focus span, that's also why we angle the bottle downwards it is to keep the flow where there is always liquid so we can subconsciously open the esophagus the only thing preventing you at this point is fear and because of that fear twitching and choking

I think a good tip is that, you have to have some opening in your mouth so that you have constant airflow which allows the liquid to come out of the bottle faster. If you look at badlands chugs he leaves gaps on both the left and right side of his mouth so the liquid has air flow to come out of the bottle faster. While matt on day 1 rn has his lips puckered and as you can see. The liquid has so many waves because he's not letting air in a lot of times so that makes his liquid come out slower. Hopefully this tip helps! I bet you can do it matt. You have the swallowing ability, just not the technique yet! Rooting for you matt!

You need to rotate the bottle and form a whirlpool inside the bottle. I think it will be faster this way
