I have seen no improvement in the homeless situation. There are multiple units in my apartment building set aside to rehouse homeless persons in programs. They are placed here with zero support to help them get off drugs, zero mental health support, and zero support to help them re-enter society and housed living. They set these people up to fail. I can't help but feel it is on purpose to keep the money pumping.

Yet when asked about the deflection center "no comment" is the response, sorry if I'm going to take what she says with a grain of salt. The city wouldn't have to reform a deal with the county if the counties leadership actually did what she claimed.
