Honestly watch the fight again, almost every punch Whitaker threw was being blocked. Even in round 1. Whitaker was trying to show how fast his hands are and throwing everything with max speed, by the 4th round he had nothing left after throwing all those shots to Cameron’s guard.

Joey, setting aside whether or not Ben could continue...the question should be asked, why didn't he speak to the media? Why couldn't he speak before exiting the arena? Is his ankle conected to his mouth? This alone says that he wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.
If Anthony Joshua can be interviewed minutes after being tasered by Dubois, then Quittaker can give an interview even though he sprained his ankle.
