Looking for a treat to satisfy that chocolate craving? These easy frozen yogurt bites will be your new BFF. Made with peanut butter powder (or nut butter of choice) and fresh fruit, the yogurt bites are ultra creamy and super easy to make. But it is that chocolate coating that takes them over the top!

To Make PB&J Yogurt Bites
1/2 cup THICK plain Greek yogurt
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter powder or nut butter of choice
1/3 cup chopped pitted cherries (or fruit of choice)
*1 tablespoon maple syrup—I don't need it, but if you want your bites super sweet, add away!
3/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Mix together the frozen yogurt mixture: Combine the yogurt and PB powder until smooth. Fold in fruit.
Use a mini cookie scoop to scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until sold—about 1 hour.
Once frozen solid, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Work quickly to dip the yogurt bites into the chocolate (or drizzle them with chocolate to keep it easy!)
Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to let the chocolate set up. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to one month.
Let the bites thaw a few minutes before enjoying for the creamiest texture.
