Since the horrible decision of employ Nardelli as anything more than a night shift janitor though the company has been very hit and miss on taking care of its employees... still the statement is a key to success. If you arent taking care of, respecting, and properly leading(not pointing from the back) them, then youre company will not thrive. Its absolutely incredible the work a well treated employee will put in.

I’m a gen z and the reason many of us are like that is the abundance of distractions. Our dopamine receptors are blown out from overstimulation and some people have no reason not to continue that lifestyle. Never think gen z doesn’t have struggles because temptation to escape and distract has never been higher in history.

A huge part of the company I work for is made up of millennials and Gen Zers. Everyone is an extremely hard worker, smart, capable, passionate, and motivated. I don’t know where this stereotype comes from, but hate that it is perpetuated by boomers like Dave. Your generation as is great or sucks bro.
