PLD has rebounded nicely. I got lucky when a limit order filled at $100 in late October. I should have bought more. Holding for now and collecting the dividends!

I find the stock to be a lower quality due to the extremally low YIELD. 5% or More would have been acceptable in my estimation. Don't lose your grip find better stocks or even ETFs. Yieldmax Kurv and Defiance are good places to look. The yield is just very low.

$PLD is quite expensive. It does have many good qualities…but it is too expensive for other options available right now.
$AVGO is another one that is gone. If it pulls back under $1, 000 it is a buy
