I would like a client side app that just makes the data extraction and collation more easy rather than having to copy and rearrange a row from the exports 15 times per class for a 15 week term.

Would be good to be able to download in bulk. Say I have had 100 meetings and I want all those CSV's I would need to download one by one I am guessing?

Do participants need to register for a meeting in order for the attendance report to show user names and/or emails?

Is a member of an HOA entitled to the attendance records of their annual zoom meeting?

Is there a way to do this as a co-host, or is this information only available to the host of the meeting?

I am the account owner and I can't see the "Usage" option under "Usage Reports" I see (I have Pro):
- Daily
- Active Hosts
- Inactive Hosts
- Upcoming Events
- Meeting (View registration reports and poll reports for meetings.)
- Cloud Recording
- Remote Support

The closest I can get is those who registered but not participants that actually joined the meaning.

A host can actually see the IP addresses of the participants {source below}. Now, if the host can see the IP addresses of the participants, then does it work the other way around too?? Can the participants see the IP address of the host? Fair is fair!

{from Zoom's support page}:
*How to generate the IP usage report*
The IP usage report allows admins and owners to view a list of IP addresses participants are connecting from for any current live meetings running. To access the reports:

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation panel, click Dashboard.
At the top of the Dashboard screen, click the Meetings tab.
Click IP Usage Report.
Here you will be shown:

IP Address: Public IP address currently connected to a live meeting.
Location: Geographical location of the IP address.
Meeting Count: The number of meetings participants are currently connecting to from that address.
Participant Count: The number of overall participants connecting from that address.
Clicking on a number under the Meeting Count column will give a list of the current Meeting IDs those addresses are connected to.

This is nice overview however your forgetting one standard factor ... Most businesses will run reports every month, not just one meeting at a time. Thus you have not explained how to do as you show for a full standard one month duration. You are showing extracted / exported per only ONE meeting at a time, however in your procedure you would have to do this 30 times for a monthly report. Thus is there a way to do this for a month's time and ensure unique user names? I dont find such a way by your method, with and again with being able to filter the duplicates. Now there is a way to run a month's report as I do it all the time, however I have to deal with the duplicates and your way shows how to get rid of dups, yet and again by only one meeting at a time.
