Economic Freedom vs Financial Freedom

Do you have economic freedom? It's different than financial freedom. You can be flat broke and still have economic freedom. Especially during these current times, if you don't already have it, you need economic freedom! This video explain how to get it and why it's so critical to you achieving financial freedom too!

GREAT STUFF PHIL! ! I'm currently looking into using Hard-money to buy 2 properties on 1 lot. One is 4 units (but a legal 3 considering it doesn't have fire alarm system) and the other is 3 units (but legal 2 because it also is not hardwired) If I use the hard money and Do the hardwire and fire alarm system, will that increase the value of the property for me to Refinance out of the hard money? I know I'd also have to update the Cards so it's recorded in the county
