Kyrie Irving said Wednesday he opposes all forms of hate, and he and the Brooklyn Nets will each donate $500,000 toward groups that work to eradicate it. While not explicitly apologizing, Irving took responsibility for the negative impact on the Jewish community that was caused by his appearing to support an antisemitic work. All of the three largest Monotheistic faiths, Islam, Judaism and Christianity have good beliefs AND intolerant beliefs. In Quranic Islam, youre great, as long as your God isnt an Idol. In New Testament Christianity everyone goes to Hell, unless they take Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. In the Torah (Old Testament), Zionist Jews believe "God says" that from this Sea to this Sea and from this border to that border, is the stand alone land of the Jews.
Kyrie, never promoted hate. He was promoting a perspective. We all need to broaden our perspectives and if we cant have an intellectual discussion without emotion interfering, then that just means your not intellectually mature enough to engage in dialogue.
Maybe, Kyrie's beliefs are different than mine, but that doesnt mean he should be silenced for just sharing his (non violent) perspective.
Kyrie had the heart to speak/post and thus if I were to meet him, Id love to engage in a dialogue with him about theology and we could both possibly learn from one another. W
hats the alternative? Shut everyone up? No one learns anything from one another and those in charge dictate to us what we should be thinking and speaking? It leads one to ask, whose in charge? What are their theological beliefs? What is their narrative and why is it being shoved down our throats?

And Kylie Irving shouldn’t apologize. The documentary is true. It was taught in college and the evidence is there for everyone to see. I did receive an A in World Religions. It’s explained clearly in college. I guess everyone wasn’t paying attention in class or didn’t watch the documentary entirely. The person who created the documentary did extensive research. More than anyone I’ve seen on this topic.
