US Airways Airbus A321 Cockpit & Chatting with Pilots

Chatting with the pilots onboard a US Airways Airbus A321 at the Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airport (KFLL) shortly before our departure to Washington Reagan Airport (KDCA). Very friendly crew.

Awesome! It's cool they let you in before the flight. Usually it seems they're too caught up in preflight to let anybody look around.

Thank you for watching!! Yes, the rules and regulations are very strict but they'll usually let you take a peek in the cockpit. I was excited because it was my first time on an A321, and they are pretty uncommon anywhere in the US (only US Airways and Spirit as of right now). The flights were not bad actually. Tight cabin with no complimentary snacks but I kept myself occupied lol.

2 Weeks ago i was in in a Lufthansa Airbus A340-600 Cockpit. And i would like to visit an A340 every day :D

What! I have never been this lucky... The last few times I flew, I was denied access to the flight deck before the flight because it would have been a, "Security violation." Really?
