Honestly as a disabled person it can be super helpful at times to remove all stimulus and just exist. He’s voicing his needs the best way he knows how at that age and it’s wonderful!

I poop without my glasses when I'm at home. I never thought about it but it's an unconscious habit. Relaxing means glasses are off. I will increase font size if I need to read anything!
