There’s a theory that Tom is related to the one who took down Maria since his family has been a part of Green Hills for over 50 years! Maddie said that in the movie! Project Shadow is over 50 years old! That would add so much to the franchise and not put Tom on the sidelines! I love Tom and he deserves to be there by Sonic’s side!

I have always thought if Amy Rose isn’t in this, it would be cool to have her in the end credits. She lives in Japan and sees Sonic, Tails and Knuckles fighting Shadow or whatever happens at the end of the movie on a TV somewhere at a store. She’s maybe shopping in Tokyo or somewhere in Japan. She sees Sonic and is stunned to see someone like her when she thought she was the only one around like him. She’s sees how strong and fast he is and feels like she needs to meet him! I just love the idea of her living in Japan since it kind of fits her style and come on, she would totally live there! :)

Yeah, just from the trailer you can tell, they will probably stick to Shadow's story from the game which is pretty serious. And that's for the best, like you guys said. You can't just bring in characters people like, if you're not going to do them right. And it looks like they plan to be faithful to Shadow's story. Really excited to see this

Things I hope to see or hear in this movie. Amy and Rouge appearing, the final battle against the Biolizard and to hear the song Live and Learn.

Shadow was always my favourite part of the sonic games since playing Sonic Adventure 2 Battle as a little girl, so I've been waiting for so long for him in the movies! I was worried they would mess his character up but it looks like they've got a great grasp on him, and they're keeping his backstory with Maria the same, so I'm very excited for this entry.

There’s still a possibility that rouge, Amy or both are in the movie. #1. It’s the first trailer not the final trailer, #2. There is still one last actress listed on IMDBs cast list, Sofia Pernas, her role is still a mystery. It’s possible she VAs Rouge or Amy or maybe even Both! #3. There might be some key scenes that they purposely left out of the trailer so not to ruin some surprises. like how the 2 other Spider-Man’s weren’t revealed AT ALL until the No Way Homes release. They could be saving rouge and Amy for the final trailer or day 1 suprise reveals. So don’t lose hope entirely Amy, rouge fans. :) I’m also hoping that the full Moon sized space Colony ARK + Eclipse cannon is in the movie.

How's this version of Shadow the Hedgehog compared to his Sonic-X and Sonic Boom counterparts with him having each of their traits like him feeling pain and loss like Sonic-X's Shadow and him wanting to destroy the world like Sonic Boom's Shadow?

Do you think we will see Shadow seeing things from Sonic's point of view and team up against Black Doom? What's their fight against each other going to be like compared to the animated shows? Are Amy Rose and Rouge going to appear in this movie?

Why did Sonic give Robotnik one of his quills which is charged up in exchange for his help? Is he going to use it for creating Metal Sonic?

Just like how Sonic called Tails "Miles Prower"in the second movie, Do you think someone should call Sonic by his real name which is Ogilive Maurice Hedgehog?

Now we need Sonic 3 to get a PG-13 rating due to Shadow’s backstory and his dark side

- probably give it a 2hrs & 15 or 20 minutes run-time

- have Amy Rose in a mid credits scene and gets voiced by either Anna Kendrick or Miranda Cosgrove

If they ever do a Sonic 4 movie, then let’s add Silver Hedgehog or add him in a mid or post credits scene alongside Amy Rose? Who should voice Silver?
