Common, optical stabilization on such short focal ranges, is this really necessary ?

I‘m so unsure what lenses I should buy. I have an a7III and only the kit lens, which I don’t want to use anymore. I’m going on vacation in 7 days and will mostly take photos in nature and on hikes, should I take the tamron 17-28 or 17-35 and for tele should I get 28-150 or 70-180 or 300? Please help my budget is about (for two lenses) 2000
