So I just replaced my wife's stock S5 grill with the RS5 grill yesterday. Just wanted to say thanks for the video. It helped a ton to have something to go by as well as the confidence to get it done. The wife freaked a bit when she came out and saw the front of car taken off. She loves the new grill. Thx again.

Amazing video, nice work, the only thing I don’t like is the fact you had to cut into the crash bar for the sensor to fit. Is that because it’s a aftermarket grill? Will a genuine one had the sensors in the right place?

Hi thanks for this video...really helpful. I'm going to fit one to my A5 next weekend. I have a 2020 model (2019 reg) so I'm wondering whether I'm going to have the sensor/crash bar issue?

I noticed one comment said you can switch the sensor from I shape to L shape...is that right, can it be turned and fit at 90 degrees, or does it need a new sensor altogether? If so how much are they, do you know? I'm in the UK
