Hello sir...I beg to differ with you on the fact that Mi A1 supports fast charging. In fact it doesn't support any sort of Fast Charging.

You did mentioned about the IR Blaster in Mi A1 but forgot that Moto G5S Plus has NFC support and FM Radio. Though being an Android One device it Mi A1 should not have skimmped on NFC. Sooner or later Google will launch Android Pay in India and there MotoG5S Plus will have clear advantage.
With regards to camera MotoG5 Plus handles HDR mode better than Mi A1.
Also, Mi A1 is not readily available off the shelf ..you really need to struggle to get one, when the flash sale happens.
