Wankelmut & Emma Louise - My Head Is A Jungle (MK Remix)

MK aka Marc Kinchen - one of the true legends of house music - has produced a fresh remix of Wankelmut & Emma Louise "My Head Is A Jungle" for the summer 2013. MK made history in our genre 20 years ago with his great remix and production work for tracks like 'Push The Feeling On' by Nightcrawlers. He re-entered the arena big-time in 2012 with huge productions for Defected, Hot Creations, Crosstown Rebels and has now delivered an excellent remix for Wankelmut.
In this remix he brings back his trademark piano chords and suites them to 2013 for a guaranteed hands-in-the-air track. The vocal fits beautifully into his solid production. The classic (and almost legendary) MK Dub rounds up a great remix package ready for another chapter in the history of House Music.

I reckon this track could go top 40 in the UK. I certainly deserves to be one of those underground tracks that crosses over to commercial chart success like The Magician's remix of I Follow Rivers did earlier in the year. If BBC Radio 1 adds it to its play list it will blow up.

Welp, history repeats itself - first I’ve heard this track somewhere in 2013, recovering from the breakup with my first adult love and long-term girlfriend, and that was the moment I’ve explained myself e-very-thing. Now it’s 2022, divorce-like breakup happened to me year ago so I’m trying to catch that vibe again and explain things to myself like I did years and years ago.
