This is chapter 7 of NCERT Geography Class 6 Textbook titled Our Country - India which talks about the geographical expanse of India. The latitudinal expanse and the longitudinal expanse of India has been explained. Some physical zones of India have been discussed like plains, deserts, mountains etc through maps so that they get etched inside your memory. Poilitical divisions of India have also been discussed.
