How to Play Star Realms in 2 Minutes - The Rules Girl

Learn how to play Star Realms, a dueling deck building game for 2 players, in just 2 minutes with The Rules Girl. Great concise rules! SR is one of my favorite games of all times; I've got close to 1700 matches in the app and play in tourneys! You did a great job explaining the rules of the game. The only nuance I would've added in was the difference between an Outpost vs. a normal base. However, you are giving a concise overview and I think it gives a new player the idea of how to play it! Great summary overall. My only comments are that you simplified the play phase – Once you reveal your hand, there is a clear order of play during the play phase.

Given a card's ability, it is often worth playing a card before other cards (e.g. Machine cult cards that allow you to scrap hand cards).

And allied cards (and their effects) are huge in this game, but were only briefly mentioned in relation to outposts.

Again, I love you channel, but it's a delicate balance between speed and substance.

When the opponent attacks my fort that has [4] black shield with damage 2, does the damage on the shield stays until the opponent's next turn? Or the opponent must break the fort within a turn?
