Good job Lijian. I wish there was a small hill around here where I could go put in some laps. Another useful way to practice landing/flare timing that you can do there, or at the Ed Levin small launch, is to launch, and, rather than allow the glider to trim, pull-in and ground skim in ground effect all the way to flare. It gets you comfortable with high air speed while close to the ground which gets you better sensitized to the flare window.
