It kinda makes sense to have Daniel's nephew instead of Daniel himself because in Taxi 4, Daniel already has a son and after that he's probably given up the taxi life to be a responsible father to his son, and same can be said for Emilien. Which explains why they're not in Taxi 5.

P.S anyone's gonna ignore the fact that a V12-powered Lamborghini Aventador sounds like a V10?
