The messages from the lawyer saying that if AH were to ask someone to lie then she should be certain that she wouldn’t go public....also the other assistant saying he felt like his job was in jeopardy if he didn’t go along with her demands! She is a manipulating narcissistic D-Bag that need to know her actions have consequences💯

Everyone bloody knows there is animal quarantine in Australia. We were all really pissed off that she appeared to get off so lightly at the time.

First of all, she lied, falsified documents and then asked others to lie on her behalf. Secondly, Australia is serious about importing dogs because they don’t have any rabies in the country. That’s why you need the required paperwork and must quarantine your dogs for ten days. But AH doesn’t think she needs to abide by any rules. I hope they prosecute her and throw her in jail. She’ll probably never be extradited to Australia so jail time is a long shot. But at the very least she’ll never be allowed into the country again.

I think they should be pursuing AH for perjury. I think the law states clearly what perjury is they should be implemented it, or people will think it’s ok to lie under oath. I think it sends a big message that this is not ok, congratulations to the Australian judicial system.

Australia NEEDS to do this because if they don't then like @BlackBeltBarrister said then it sends a clear message that Australia can be lied to when it comes to their laws. Making an example of Heard will send a clear message to the world that Australia doesn't care one lick who you are, whether you're a everyday person, celebrity or politician, the law applies to everyone. I hope they follow through, extradite her, no deal just straight to trial, then jail her like anyone else, no early release because she's a 'celebrity.'

Couldn't she also be charged with "glassing"? Glassing is someone harming someone else with a glass bottle, whole or broken. This is a serious crime in Australia.

I doubt that she would ever actually be extradited but it would make one more country she can’t enter without being arrested. UK now you need to add your country to the list. Perjury charges in the UK for lying (pledged ≠ donated) would be a cherry on top.
