The Department of the Treasury is taking the position that receipt of the documents, making demands upon the United States, is a completed criminal offense. And that happens to be a legally correct analysis of the statutory elements.

These demands are going to be forwarded from the Counsel's Office of the Department to the relevant US AG's office for prosecution.

Any one who gets one of these letters and doesn't immediately engage competent counsel (aye, ca-rumba, the retainer for THAT is going to be a large number!) thinking the time to seek competent legal advice is when the criminal charges actually hit, is a damn fool.

The Government is going to make some examples out of people -- as well it should -- and it will go after the LaJune woman and the Money Boy felon and the rest who are making a living running these scams. Their "clients" will turn on them. My bet: none of the disclaimers will be worth a damn and some are going to get hit with state charges of practicing law and/or tax accounting without licenses.

A couple of arrests and charges will sweep through the YouTube and internet communities like wildfire and scare the s**t out of the dabblers -- like Laura Ann Fox who worships Michael Tellinger! -- on the fringes and might get nailed too. No more than is fully deserved.

I'm delighted to see this result from the Department.

The criminal case appeal is available at scholar.google.com search term: "United States v. Anderson, Sagorski, Yates, " (quotes included). It makes for interesting reading, particularly at paragraph 498 where Andersons teaching the method is discussed.

This is another 'Elvick" fail of sorts as he is the apparent source of this iteration of the 'redemption' scheme.

So somebody actually found a 'new' way to do this scam. They couldn't access 'their' account, so now they want the Treasury Department to create one for them....using the money in 'their' account....right?

Question...
When this was all over the internet big time I tried to make an amazon purchase for 9.95 just to try it. I was thrilled that it went through & was imagining being able to pay for medical care I desperately need.
Then when I woke the next day I had a terrible sick feeling in my stomach & nervous all over.
My spirit guides woke me up.
I knew by this time it was wrong.
I immediately went to amazon to try to cancel & found that they already cancelled it. I was relieved but still nervous.
I immediately removed that account from payment options.
QUESTION: Do you know of anyone getting in trouble for a purchase under 10 bux?
Thx for your info.

I suppose nobody can remember The words by The famous P.T. Barnum. That's a shame

Oh my! Things are really beginning to heat up! This letter was dated in 12/2017. I imagine this is the individuals “fair warning” of things to follow. Just like you don’t fool with Mother Nature, you don’t poke the tiger on the nose too many times with a microphone, nor do you fool with the Federal Government!
