Pin "100" is actually the GPIO pin IO0 (that's io0 in uppercase), commonly used to set reset low for programming - which you have mentioned.

does the flash led on the esp32 camera come on randomly for anyone else? Ive got the esp32 flashed and running but when i go the apps/gpio folder to open the camera app the flash on the esp32 will come on occasionally. im using jumper wires rn just wondering if this is a common issue? asking around before i solder the board together.
