Great review as always Vince, comprehensive and funny. The last Mi Pad 3 (2017) never saw a single OS update. The iPad Air 2 (2014) still can get iOS 15 which is the latest OS from Apple. To compare the iPad 2021 vs. this will probably have a similar price which is 18-ish K and/or above but for sure the iPad will have a longer lifespan since it will be updated for around 6 years (6 OS updates) or more. Hopefully, Xiaomi will do better on this area for this tablet as OS updates breathes in new life to a device.
