Sparkle's voicelines in her trailer are like, idk how to explain, they fit hu tao so well or at least how I would imagine hu tao if she actually wanted to be serious and crazy. I feel like Hu Tao can so much more than she does right now but she has no reason to. She's just doing her job, in some rather odd ways yes, but nevertheless doing her job really well.
