In this video, I show you how I transformed the Kitchen on my latest rental investment, I was on a tight budget. I did this by tiling a new back splash and painting the existing kitchen cabinets and cabinet doors. I was able to renovate the Kitchen for cheap with my very small budget. I used DIY materials available to everyone which can be easily purchased from hardware stores like Screwfix or B&Q.

It looks much better, however i would have painted the cupboard under the window the same as the units and painted the ceiling white.
