Correction, there was a time Wall Street thought rates cuts would happen by the end of 2022. Then it was by the end of every quarter since. They are just going to keep repeating it like parrots, so that retail believes rate cuts are just ahead and to the moon we go from there. When it doesn't happen, they'll just say its the following month and on and on we go. Make no mistake, the Fed having reason to cut rates is because the economy is weakening and earnings are going to start falling.
