Historic Perry Hall Manor RFI Request

Baltimore County government has issued a Request for Information for leasing, with an option to purchase, historic Perry Hall Manor in Perry Hall.

Perry Hall has over 5,000 square feet on 4 acres. With many large-sized rooms, there are many potential uses, including, though not limited to, office space, a business incubator, non-profit space, or private residence.

Much of the restoration & stabilization work has been completed by the County, including the HVAC system, but there is still some restoration work to be done.

Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County very grateful to Baltimore County & the Olszewski administration, in particular, for their stewardship of Perry Hall Manor. We especially appreciate Councilman David Mark's leadership for spearheading the initial saving of, & constant support for the property.
