If you speak to any Nurse they say not to use those kind. They also collect mold in when you rinse them. Frida baby one is excellent. The saline helps a lot as well before it gets sucked out. But you never put it directly in the nose just outside, as it has long term effects that can harm them it is sensitive and hurts them.
