The ratio is for 1 gr of coffee 10 ml water. For example 100 ml water 10 to 12 gr of coffee for single coffee 50 ml water 5 to 6 gr coffee for 200 ml water extra double 20 to 23 gr of coffee

Maybe there is something special in the ground coffee, but I can't believe this small amount of coffee could release all that thick crema. Idk..
