I hate to say this but I have to disagree with TIO, yes sure its a hard to get skin but its still obtainable for everyone but rare means that only a few people have obtained it and likewise will never return.

No the top 1 is elektra because piggy was dying at the time so not a lot of people were able to get elektra and also it was only available for 1 day.
