The way that South Korean media reacted to Suga driving that scooter. You would think he hit a family going 90 mph. But that mf was going 5 mph, hit a corner too sharply and fell then got fined 11K for it. 😭😭😭

They treated him that way because he is SUGA of BTS. BTS who is the punching bag of kpop (despite bts having transcended the boundaries of kpop) thus making anything they do blown out of proportion… meanwhile other kpop idols convicted of sexual assault walk around not only free but not at all vilified in the way yoongi (suga aka agust d) of bts is. They did that because he is part of BTS. Because there are people in that country who see them as a threat to their greedy intentions despite all the good that BTS has done and continues to do for their country.

The thing is he wasn't even essentially "intoxicated". They smelled alcohol on him and till this day, the BAC level was never confirmed by the police. CcTVs show he was going at walking speed with a helmet on and away from vehicles. He took a sharp turn right in front of his gate and tripped and some police men happened to be in the area in that moment.

This young man, Suga was treated worse than a criminal. Even hardened criminals don't get half as much media coverage.
Their ex president's daughter was drink driving a car recently, there was property damage and I think people were hurt, but it was glossed over. However, they made suga stand in a photoline like a criminal. It's ridiculous to say the least.
